Before you register and pay for the online course, please review the following information:
- If you need any assistance during the counseling session, you may reach us by calling (800-324-5611) during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
- Upon completion, one of our certified counselors will review your material before issuing a certificate. This review will include assuring that you have completed all the worksheets and spend an appropriate amount of time on the material. You will be asked to mail or fax us a copy of your driver's license or other valid photo ID to verify your identity. You will also be contacted by email or phone prior to receiving the certificate.
