Before you register and pay for the online course, please review the
following information:
- If you need any assistance throughout the education course, you may reach us at (800)324-5611 during normal business hours Monday through Thursday 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am-5pm.
- Bankruptcy code requires you spend a minimum of two hours completing this course. You may not be issued your certificate if you spend less than two hours completing this education program.
- Upon completion, one of our certified counselors will review your material before issuing a certificate. This will include assuring that you have completed all of the worksheets and spend an appropriate amount of time on the material. You will be asked to mail or fax us a copy of your driver's license of other valid photo ID to verify your identity. You will also be contacted by email or phone prior to receiving the certificate.
